The company has expanded greatly and is showing no sign of slowing down.

There is a variant of different features offered by Fast Hosts to its customers, all of which help aid the customer in having the best experience as possible.

The plan we are reviewing today, contains many great features, such as unlimited disk space and data transfer, as well as free setup with 1 year's free domain and 2 MS SQL Databases. Last but not least, Fast Host offers customers load balancing and ASP.NET 1.0, ASP, PHP, Perl CGI and SSI scripting.

Customer Service:

Fast Host offers all of their valued customers a wide range of support, including telephone and email support. They have an extremely low rate of customers that actually require support though, so although its there, its often not needed. Their UK based call centre offers a high quality service as well, which is a great aspect of any company. They offer a full range of setup guides which are free to download.

Price:

The price for this plan is 15.99 per month, but at the moment they are offering a special promotional price of ã8.99, which is a great deal! Although their prices are not as low as some other companies, we believe you get what you pay for with Fast Hosts.

Reliability:

Fast Hosts have two extremely secure web hosting data centres which house thousands of up to date, modern web servers. These servers are maintained around the clock by a highly skilled team of engineers.

Summary:

Fast Hosts are one of the largest hosting companies at the moment, which speaks for itself how good its service levels must be. If the company continues to expand and grow like it has done recently, we can only see it going from strength to strength.

Really terrible!

I recently attempted to begin a web site with fasthost, couldn't even get to the start of the site builder. The pages often took ages to appear, more often than not, just a blank space. They're meant to be fast and easy to use, I found them to be slow and completely lack explanations of elements to the site. The support team were the most unsupportive people, they were rude, arrogent, and I think maybe they don't know what they're talking about, why else be so defensive! I cancelled my package with them and was then told I could not get a refund on my domain name (£15.96), so I'll have to carry on using them for it.

I wasted 5 hours one morning just waiting for pages to appear and talking to rude people! BOO :(

Nothing but problems from the first minute. You get what you don't pay for. No wonder they have to give free hosting away. Rubbish

Fasthost are crooks..

I have dealt with many shared hosts in the past which have always had a wide range of services for a variance on price. It is normal to expect a service to be slightly less when you pay less, however i was recommended FastHost by a friend and it has been nothing but trouble.

Money taken after cancellation, locking my domain name, no phone or live contact, 72 hours to Transfer a domain, the list just goes on.

I would not recommend FastHost at all, i now use another shared host who are cheaper and easier to use, i would not use FastHost again.

The support for Fasthosts is TERRIBLE!!! I cannot understand their phone support at all. There are better and cheaper hosts out there with English call centres!
